Notice of Risks

(1) GOMDori and $GOMD token do not fall under the Financial Investment Instruments under the ‘Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act’, nor are they subject to the ‘Act on the Protection of Financial Consumers’. The Notice, White Paper and, if any, other operation policies of GOMDori project shall not be interpreted or construed as investment suggestions, offers, or recruitment for GOMDori and $GOMD token or suggestions or recruitment for the generation of profit

(2) As for the distribution of profits to partners, the rewards for this staked $GOMD token is distributed according to the set reward cycle. However, it does not guarantee a return on investment or a fixed rate of compensation in any case.

(3) Since Staking or Unstaking may take a certain period of time, Staking or Unstaking may not be completed at the time expected by partners.

(4) GOMDori does not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of live market value and other information or the stability of the prices and networks.

(5) Unstaking may be delayed and staked $GOMD token may be lost or not returned due to reasons unrelated to this service, such as the partner’s wallet errors or network maintenance. This service does not bear any responsibility for the delay or loss.

(6) This service disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, quality, credibility, sustainability, timeliness, and intellectual property rights such as copyright or non-infringement.

(7) The Company does not guarantee the suitability, safety, integrity and etc. of wallets and networks used by partners, and the security accidents such as instability of wallet or network and wallet connection failures may occur.

(8) Regulations on the blockchain, etc. are uncertain, and new regulations or policies might have a substantial impact on the potential usefulness, value, and stability of this service. In other words, this service, in whole or part, can be changed or dissolved in accordance with the instructions, recommendations of the government or regulators, or the relevant laws and regulations.

(9) There are risks associated with the use, transmission and storage of Internet-based services, including but not limited to hardware, software, system and communication risks such as networks, inflow of malicious software, unauthorized access to information or wallets or this service’s systems by third parties, and other hacking risks

(10) This service shall not be responsible for the loss of expected profits by partners through participating in this service.

*CAUTION* Please keep your staking amount to get all of rewards based on APY(%). If staking users have unstaked amount, the reward is going to reset. Therefore, GOMDori project would like to recommend to keep your all staked amount until your staking period or begin with the shortest(2weeks) of staking at first.
